Coronavirus Plans
Camp in the fall of 2020 will be different compared to what our campers are used to. We have adopted policies and procedures that are intended to keep counselors, campers, and parents safe. For these policies to be effective, our counselors, campers, and parents must commit to following them this fall.

Anyone planning to send campers, or to attend camp themselves, should be sure read and understand all of these policies before they complete the camp registration.

DROP OFF/ PICK UP PROCEDURES
  • The cost of camp is $30.00
  • All of our day camps begin at 9:00am and end at 7:00pm
  • All campers will have their temperatures taken when they are dropped off
  • Parents will wait in the car for the Camp Nurses to assist them with drop off
  • Drop off will begin at 8:45am and end at 9:30am
  • Anyone who arrives after Drop Off has ended must call Twig and wait to be met at their car by a Camp Nurse
  • For Pick Up Parents must wait in their car or wear a mask​
  • Campers will remain with their teams until they are picked up​

Camper Policies
  • All campers will have their temperatures taken when they are dropped off
  • Any camper with a temperature above 100 degrees will not be allowed to attend camp
  • All campers will bring their own mask
  • Campers will wear their masks during all activities
  • Campers will be assigned to a small group when they are dropped off
  • Campers will stay with their group for all activities

Counselor Policies
  • Counselors will be told in advance which days they can volunteer
  • Counselors must register for camp online
  • Counselors must complete the COVID-19 Waiver and FBC Health Form​
  • Counselors will arrive at 8:00am each day for orientation
  • All counselors will have their temperature taken when they arrive at camp
  • Counselors will receive mask from camp
  • Counselors will wear their mask all day
  • Any counselor with a temperature above 100 degrees will be sent home
  • Counselors will be assigned to either a small group or an activity
  • Counselors will remain with their group or at their activity for the day
